Judy Appleby, broker/owner of Appleby Realty has been a full time working Realtor since opening the doors of Appleby Realty. She is active in many community organizations, and active in the Realtor Association. She has twice been the president of the Ocean County Board of Realtors, twice been named Ocean County Realtor of the year, and has served as President of the New Jersey Association of Realtors. She is also very active with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) , currently serving as Director , and serving on many committees and advisory groups.

Judy's knowledge of the market, and her (NAR) certifications as a Resort Specialist, Buyer Agent Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist, show her dedication to her clients and customers. In handling sales and rentals, she finds pleasure in dealing with the public, and many of the same families for years, and it is gratified to know that Appleby Realty is known for it's expertise, integrity and as the "friendly agency".

J. Randolph Appleby, V, has worked in real estate sales and rentals since 1999 at Appleby Realty. Randy was raised in Seaside Park, and has strong ties to his friends and family living here. A member of the Eastern Surfing Association, Randy is an avid surfer, and builds custom surfboards at his second business Who Sticks Surfboards (Ascension Surf) in Toms River, which are sold in many local surf shops throughout Ocean County.

Randy is also active in the Ocean County Board of Realtors, and local organizations in Seaside Park and Ocean County. He has served on the Seaside Park Board of Adjustment, and served as municipal Council member for Seaside Park, resigning that post in 2010 when he married (Melanie Donohue-Appleby) and moved to Toms River.

Randy loves the real estate business, and has a "following" of tenants who come back every year for their Jersey Shore vacation. His buyers have become his friends and send him many referrals due to his dedication and service to his clients, and he plans to stay in the business for a long time to come.

Maryann Konfederak has worked at Appleby Realty for many years, and lives locally in Seaside Park as well. She too is active in local organizations, and has many friends in Seaside Park. Maryann has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, and has been a top seller for many years, earning the Distinguished Sales Award.

She also has a large following of her tenant "families" that return to the shore every year, along with the buyers she has dealt with over the years, who now feel they are her friend. Maryann is known for giving special attention to all her clients whether renting or buying or selling.

Scott Webster is the newest member of the Appleby Realty team. He has served his county in the United States Navy for 10 years before leaving in 2000 to enter the private sector. After leaving the Navy, he has worked in construction industry in all aspects of construction, the latest as a Mechanical Superintendent for a large construction firm in the nuclear field.

Scott is now ready for a new and exciting career as a real estate agent. He brings with him a high level of energy, enthusiasm and willingness to succeed. He is a wonderful new addition to Appleby Realty.
